Summary

This release provides usability improvements for creating and modifying product SKUs synchronized with Square variations and updates tax report rates for some jurisdictions.

Details

• Added enhancements to product SKU editor for modifying product SKUs that correspond to Square catalog item variations (currently in beta).
  • Added POS Item Variation Name field. This field will determine the display name for that item variation in Square POS.
  • Modifying the POS Item Name of a product SKU will update related product SKUs; this is because it is possible for multiple product SKUs to be uploaded to Square as a single catalog item.
• Updated rates used for Canadian Federal Excise Tax Report (effective April 1, 2021).
• Deleting unused product SKUs will also delete associated product stores and linked materials.
