Upload your Brew Ninja product SKU data to Square so that you can sell your products using Square.
Prerequisites
You are connected to Square and have configured your Square connection.
Getting There
Setup → Connections, then click the Upload Product SKUs button to the right of the Square icon
Uploading Your Product SKUs to Square

A list of your product SKUs and matches to your Square catalogue items is displayed. If product SKUs and Square catalogue items are not directly linked, Brew Ninja will attempt a best match based on the product SKU's internal product code and then the product SKU's name.

If any product SKUs have duplicate barcodes, those duplicated barcodes will be displayed and must be resolved before you can proceed.

Review your list of product SKUs and associated changes.

Product SKUs listed under Additions are product SKUs that do not exist in your Square catalogue. For each item listed, the upload will create a new item with a single variation in your Square catalogue.

Product SKUs listed under Modifications are product SKUs that exist in your Square catalogue where data is different between the two systems. The upload will modify these items in your Square catalogue to match the data in Brew Ninja.

Product SKUs listed under No Changes are product SKUs that exist in both Brew Ninja and your Square catalogue where data is identical between the two systems. No changes will be made to these items in your Square catalogue.

Product SKUs listed under Excluded are product SKUs that you have chosen to exclude from Square.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Upload button. Please wait until the upload completes.

You can now sell your Brew Ninja product SKUs using the Square app.
Additional Information

Brew Ninja will only modify a Square catalogue item's name, SKU, and/or price. Names and SKUs of Square catalogue item variations will be modified to match those in Brew Ninja. Square catalogue item variation prices are only modified if Brew Ninja Pricing is enabled for your Square connection; otherwise, Square catalogue item variation prices are never modified by Brew Ninja.

The process outlined above is useful when you wish to upload multiple product SKUs. Editing product SKUs in Brew Ninja will also upload your product SKU changes to Square.

Modifying items in your Square catalogue will not modify your product SKUs in Brew Ninja.
- Brew Ninja will not delete any items in your Square catalogue.
