How to view, filter, create, edit, and delete product SKUs within Brew Ninja

Prerequisites

Setup → Product SKUs

Viewing/Filtering Product SKUs

Required Role: Setup Access → Product SKUs → Access

  • In the search box above the product SKU list, enter the product name or product code associated with the product(s) you wish to locate.
  • Further refine the results by clicking on the dropdown menu beside the search box to specify products that are active, inactive, or either.
  • Click Go to filter your list of product SKUs by the specified criteria.

Creating a Product SKU

Required Role: Setup Access → Product SKUs → Modify

  • Click the Add button at the top of the list of product SKUs.
  • Enter the product SKU's details (described in depth here) as required and then click Update in the bottom right-hand corner of the popup window to save your changes.
  • Alternatively, click Cancel to exit the product SKU creation window.

Editing a Product SKU

Required Role: Setup Access → Product SKUs → Modify

  • Click on the blue pencil icon in the same row as the product SKU that you wish to view or adjust.
  • Update the product SKU's details (described in depth here) as required and then click Update in the bottom right-hand corner of the popup window to save your changes.
  • Alternatively, click Cancel to undo any changes you may have made and return to the list of product SKUs.

Deleting a Product SKU

Required Role: Setup Access → Product SKUs → Modify

  • Click on the red trash can icon in the same row as the product SKU that you wish to delete.
  • Click OK in the resulting popup to delete the product SKU.
  • Alternatively, click Cancel to return to the list of product SKUs.
