      Generating Product SKUs with the new Product SKU wizard

      Learn how the create new Product SKUs for your recipes using the new Product SKU Wizard

      Description

      The Product SKU Generation Wizard is a rapid Materials and Product SKU generation tool to generate sellable Product SKUs for sale and generate (or re-use) their related materials. Using the wizard is the fastest and most accurate way to start developing your Product SKU list.

      Tips and Tricks

      Generating an SKU

      To generate a Product SKU, first navigate to the Product SKU Generation Wizard

      Product SKU selection per recipe

      1. Select a Recipe from the dropdown
      2. Select the Product Type from the dropdown. If you select more than one, there will be a new dropdown for each product's Container Size.
      3. Select the at least one Container Size for each the product you selected using the dropdown. 
      4. Check the Composites options that apply to that Container Size. By default, Single is selected.
      5. Click on Next. This will take you to the Material selection.

      On this section, you'll see the Product SKU list on the left side and the Material and Composites (if it applies). At least one of the materials is needed in order to continue. Additionally, if you selected a Composite in the previous screen. You'll need to add a Material for that Product SKU's composite.

      1. Select the Product SKU from the left column 
      2. On the right side, select the Container and the Container Quantity
      3. Select the Label and the Label Quantity
      4. Select the Lid and the Lid Quantity
      5. Select the Other and the Other Quantity
      6. Click on the Composites header (if you selected a Composite in the previous screen) 
      7. Select one Material and the Material Quantity
      8. Click on Next. This will take you to the Confirmation screen.

      You'll be able to review the information of the Product SKUs you want to create. If you have any modifications to it, you can click in the Back button and correct the information.
      If the information is correct, you can click on Submit. This will create the Product SKU and will take you to the Completion Screen.

      Here, you will see the Product SKUs that were created, or if there was any inconvenience. You'll also have more options to continue creating new Product SKUs.
